Submission Guidelines
Paper Requirements
- Full papers (4-6 pages typical)
- IEEE format required
- PDF format only
- Original unpublished work
- English language
Note: Typical papers will be 4-6 pages, IEEE journal 2-column format, papers more than 6 pages will be charged a fee.
Copyright Information
All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Authors must sign the IEEE copyright form upon acceptance.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
Important Registration Information
- For each paper to be published, the paper must be presented in person at the conference and at least one author must be registered with an Author Level Registration fee.
- An Author Level Registration fee will cover up to two papers with a requirement that the person registered is an author to both papers.
- Industry and Academic papers have the same registration fee schedule.
